Default ISS photo from 5/22/08

Hi all with the way the weather has been lately I have not done to much observing, but last night right around 9:15 pm My friends Al and Dan called me to let me know that the ISS was going to be right outside our back door. So I grabed my bio's and ran outside, a few minutes later the space station came into view.

It came from the southwest and went northeast about 20 degrees up, almost right over my house. I have to think that it was in a low orbit for it out shined all of the stars. I have seen the ISS many times from my home and the observatory but I must say this is the brightest I have ever seen it.

Dans photo is cool but the visual was so great. Clear skies to all Paul
