Default Shell structure in Centaurus A Halo

Here is a new image version to showcase the delicate and intricate shell structure in the outer halo of Centaurus A and further highlight the faint galactic cirrus nebulosity. Not quite as aesthetic for some perhaps but the magnitude and variations in the faint structures revealed here is unique really

This data set has been so much fun to play with! :-)

Mike,

This is great. The delicacy of the structures really come through.

Have you tried using PixInsight? There are some tools there (HDR Wavelet in particular) that would let you bring out the dust lane without losing other details.
