Default Venus Emerging

Difficult to get a clear shot as there was a lot of whispy and some not so whispy cloud about. I'd given up the photo set as pretty useless but after looking at them properly rather than the thumbnails they were better than expected - Jupiter in the top RH corner. enjoy!

That's spectacular. I think the wispy clouds make it look rather nice actually. It makes it seem like an eerie seen, like in movie. Great work.

Thanks Nerthus!

Just spotted a wee bonus. 500mm telephoto just about managed to resolve one of Jupiter's moons, Ganymede ?? on some of the earlier pics.



I'll put a link up to another one, it's full frame and actual size so it's quite a big file (1.1MB) and would mess up the board!
