Default Ngc7000.

Hello to all:
Also of yesterday at night, with 2 hours with subs of 600 seconds, with the filters of Ha, Sii and Oiii, applied to RGB respectively.
Thanks to happen to see the photography.

Many greetings

Thumbs up

Wow! That is beautiful! What's NGC 7000? Is that a particular hard one to see?

NGC 7000 is the North American Nebula. Large, but notoriously difficult to see. I believe a nebula filter and very low power are necessary.

From my dark location in the middle of nowhere it is visible naked eye, though a UHC type filter held to the eye makes it easier to see by suppressing the background Milky Way stars. It is easy in 10x50 binoculars. Its large size makes it a difficult telescope object except for the "wall" region. Again a UHC or OIII filter helps a lot when viewing it through a telescope. You need a very wide field to catch it all however. My 6" f/4 at 25x gives a good view of it with a 2 degree field of view. It's rather difficult in my 10" at 50x however.
