Default NGC6445-The Box nebula

On this small but beautiful planetary (Sagittarius region) I was able to capture some outer shell dust structure surrounding its main body. Then applied same equal time in luminance to bring back the stars in the background. I had my doubt for this image coming out better then exspected due to the dust (saharra). This image was taken at native F10.

Another a bit too low for me. Nice deep shot of the "Box Nebula". It has some blue however that I don't see. Are you compensating for blue extinction? If not that may explain the missing blue. The sahara dust would reduce the blue even more than normal. Otherwise your shot compares very well to this AOP image. http://www.noao.edu/outreach/aop/observers/n6445.html

Hi Rick, On the rgb all were taken with only 15 min duration, when processing i would try to bring up the blue but unfortunately noise started to increase also.
Thanks for the link nice 16in image of it, too bad he did not take some Ha to show the very faint outer regions. Again Thanks and Clear Skies my friend.

Sounds like the dust just killed the blue for you without far longer exposure time. Easier to wait for it to blow by. I get forest fire smoke doing the same here. Don't get Sahara dust this far north that I'm aware of.

Hi Rick, I removed the reducer/flatner, The train was over 105mm and was causing vignetting and had to use flats. The AO8 will help compensate for the extra time, I have used up to 10min subs with constant round stars let's see how i do at f10.
