Default Lunar X 10 25 09

Hi All.
I put Astronomy on hold for the Summer to do some field trip fossil hunting / ID / and then catolog my finds. With the way this year has been around here I chose the right time to get dirty.

My friend Al Paslow called me during the week and asked me to meet with him down at the observatory on Sunday afternoon to do some observing and to help grab some images of the Lunar X spot using the 10 inch D&G F=12 refractor. The camera we used was a nikon 990 with a 20 mm lens. Im glad I went its been awhile. Clear skys to all. Paul

Paul,

Those are some outstanding pics! Great Job. Maybe we'll see some more in 2010?
