Default next book: un-official title contest...

How about an un-official title contest? I am very sure it will never be used, but it could be fun for us to make up creative titles.

Hey who knows, maybe it will be used....

To start us off:

"Bad Everything"
"Just plain Bad"
"Bad things you hear on the net"
"Bad to the Core...."
(you see a common theme here? :-) )
"Stuff so Bad even a black hole won't touch them".
"Bad movies, T.V., and everything else you thought you knew was right about astronomy."

The Bad Astronomy Omnibus

(I like the word "Omnibus". Omnibus, omnibus, omnibus!)

But that'd need there to have been more than one book already. Otherwise you've got an omnibus of one. Reminds me of that Dilbert where Dogbert is selling the Deluxe Edition of the Dilbert in the Bath video.

A Brief History of Bad Astronomy.

More (sigh) Bad Astronomy.

Hopelessly Bad Astronomy.

So Bad it ain't even Astronomy.

Bad Astronomy^2.

People that should never be allowed to have kids - A chronology of really, really painfully Bad Astronomy and the nutcases that profess it.

Ok, I'll stop with that last one before I go off the deep end ... perhaps I'm too late.

BABB Astronomy.

Could be a compendium of the collective knowledge of the board!

[added] Of course it would be a BIG TIME in-joke....

Don't give it a title. It'll become known as "The Astronomy Book". Think about it. THE astronomy book. Pretty cool, eh?
