Way back when the book first came out, there were a lot of people asking about autographs. BA finally did this.

I don't know if he still has any bookplates to sign for you, but that's probably your best shot at this point.

Umm.....I sorta bought my copy last May when I was in California. I think I left the receipt at my girlfriend's house, and by now, I'm sure it's in a landfill somewhere.
