Default Richard Hoagland Book Debunk!

Hello people

Before i start let me introduce myself.

My name is Timmy i am 20 years old, and live in Denmark. (Scandinavia, Northern Europe)

I have just received his book today, and upon first glare, i found a terrible mistake.

The frontpage of the book. Now i am not sure why, but the frontpage is somehow photoshopped.

I dont know, if this was his intention.

Look here, on the frontpage you will see an astronaut, with a freemason flag?

Okay now look into the astronauts glass, wich should reflect the freemason flag right?

What i see and many others is that the American flag is reflected?

Okay here a link with the image:

http://feralhouse.com/titles/images/nasa_cover.jpg

On the back page of the book it states (can also be read in the image link i gave)

"The freemasonic flag seen on the cover was brought to the Moon by 32¤ astronaut Buzz Aldrin, and later ceremoniously presented to Scottish Rite Headquarters in Washington D.C"

What do you think?

But then, after looking and confirming, then look over to the edges of the masonic flag. In my eyes it lookes very much photoshopped.

Did i hit a nerve? Or did Hoagland put it there on purpose`?

Sorry if this should be some where else, but i tought that this was the right place to bring this up.

Thanks for your time.

I think it's so obviously Photoshop'd that this cover art is not a big deal. It simply appears to be playful, attention-getting marketing and not an evidentiary forged document. Does anything in or on the book claim it is an actual NASA image?

I don't know the story of the Masonic flag, but it wouldn't surprise me if Aldrin brought one with him (but kept it stowed) among his few ounces of personal items. I'm pretty sure I've read that he is a Mason, so it would be a cool thing for him to do. A quick Google image search yielded an image of the same flag -- not on the moon -- probably source material for the composite.

I don't know... to me, it looks just as real as all of his other evidence
