I was looking up Phil on Wikipedia and it pointed me to his webpage at Soma University. (here)
Phil, if you get to see this, sorry if this is comes across as being rude, but you really need a better picture on there. The current one was obviously done during a holliday season and the photographer did not compose it properly. It looks like you have a large bauble hanging from your left ear. I have often had to junk photo's because of background faults like this. Sorry if this offends, but I thought you ought to know. ![]()

Sticks, yeah, I've had a few people comment on it. I think it's funny. :-) The image was taken at a co-workers wedding, and that was something hanging in the background. At some point I'll replace the picture.
