Astronomy ?
http://www.skypub.com was {i think} WHERE i found the "BASIC" program that computes the dates for apogee & perigee of the moon. So I ran it and for the event just past 2/29 {Feb twenty ninth} the appoge distance was give 404kKm ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I have another proogram called MOON which also indicates the distance to te moon at any given time.. by changing the TIME around in smaller and smaller increments I came up with 405504 Km very earily on the 29th ============================================== so my Question would be {if it were possibe to do such} 1: how far was the moon at its Feb 29,2004 apogee 2: where is the best place to get a trustworhy number 3: and what does the laser range data from Texas indicat for that TIME? 11:55 am March 2nd 2004 PST
