I think it will depend on the forbearance of the various organizations the perpetrators have used in their scams. I know of one real estate agency in Minneapolis, whose phone number was co-opted to be one of Mary Morrelli's, might object. Amazon might object to having their services used. I believe in some jurisdictions it's illegal to offer a product for sale that you have no intention of selling.
