A good, but long report on all of the early manned photographic equipment can be on for JSC Oral history website. Richard Underwood was head of photography during Apollo.

Hi all,
Would any of you guys be able to supply me with dimensions of the Apollo Hasselblads. I've modelled a series of 1/6th scale lunar geology tools and am now trying to get my hands on dimensions for the cameras used on the lunar missions, particularly the Hasselblads, but can't seem to source very much info on them. Cheers, Jim |

Thanks for those Irishman but I've been through all those, still no actual dimensions. I even wrote to Hasselblad but they weren't interested. Oh well, I suppose it'll have to be rough sizes from scaling photo's.
Thanks for your help. Jim |
