I found this site. Talk about wacky. Moon hoax is about half way down.

The tremendous radiation encountered in the Van Allen Belt, the solar
radiation, cosmic radiation, temperature control, and many other
problems connected with space travel prevent living organisms leaving
our atmosphere with our known level of technology.

This makes not only Apollo fake, but all manned spaceflight, from Gagarin on up.

Which begs the question of why fake Apollo. All the US had to do is show that the Soviets had faked Gagarin's flight and the Space Race would have been over and done like a dinner. The Soviets would have had egg all over their face and the US would have won without spending billions of dollars. #-o

Not to mention all the animals on ballistic and earth orbit flights and aboard the Zond flights round the moon  Presumably the X-15 flights and Spaceship One were faked as well. :P

There is a photograph in the House of the Temple in Washington DC of Neil Armstrong on the moons surface (supposedly) in his spacesuit holding his Masonic Apron in front of his groin.

Really.

I'd like to see that. However, the 'supposedly' suggests that even the author hasn't seen it.

"They took a Masonic flag to the Moon in 1969 and performed occult rituals with it!" is widely repeated on conspiracy theory websites.

At least they seem to believe that we actually went to the moon...

Not possible with known technology?

I have a copy of volume 6, Proceedings of the Sixth Annual Meeting of the American Astronautical Society, 1960.

Many of the ideas in there are unlikely, and most are expensive - but the book shows people actively working with what was known in 1960 to deal with the hazards of space travel. In the issue I have, they are even looking at the potential hazard and solutions of the natural radioactivity of the moon. There is no suggestion in the book of insolvable problems (merely expensive ones!)

The usual arrogance of the HB, thinking that a college student without a strong physics and math background could poke around at random at period documents and discover fatal errors that none of the thoasands of scientists working in the associated fields had noticed.
