Default An intresting Project - perhaps

For all of us Apollo enthusiasts looking for a project to keep us busy on long winter evenings , have a look http://www.customreplicas.com/F1.htm all you would need is 5, and building 18 feet high, or long!, to construct the rest of the Saturn 5!

Ah well I can dream I guess !

A Christmas gift for the space buff with a lot of time, money and floor space!

When I win the lottery I'm gonna get me one those!

You could buy the engine replica without owning an Assembly building nor winning the lottery. If you plan on constructing a SaturnV scale model around it however, pffffffff

Hmmm...

[Trying hard to resist temptation]

I wonder if the model includes a replica of the problematic thrust plate, with all the tweaks they made to eliminate the combustion instability problem...

My error.
Oh, you Americans with your quaint measurement system, I was reading that it was 12 feet long(just under 4 meters) but I see that it is 12 inches long (about 30 centimeters). So much for the time and floor space points. Still I don't think the wife would look upon me kindly if I spent $300(Canadian) for a toy. I prefer my wife looking upon me kindly.

Excellent!! No need to admire your handiwork, they need to admire YOU!!!!! .

What would make this prject nice is putting a micro-machines or other 1/72 figure next to it and a sign "Alien space debris found in Arizona Dessert" with nice decor and some dents in the quarter-burried engine
