BA- a Google search on the first few words of the text turns up three pages which contain this exact piece:

The last appears to be the original, insofar as a transcript of an audio program can be considered original.

This guy didn't really read this board did he? Hey BA, would it be against the play nice rules to call this stuff "drivel"? It certainly seems to fit the bill. Notice how none of it requires ANY proof since either the Russians or the "Rockefellers" have suppressed it. Funny how not a clue of this has hit the press since the USSR went belly up. Oh, thats right, the nefarians control the press. If this guy hangs around, shall we start a pool bet to see who and when he accuses of being "an agent" for his bad guys?

He goes on to explain how the Soviets are blowing up American grain elevators with their floating particle beam platforms.

Right.

So, anyway, yeah, no matter how gonzo it is, (and I dunno what "open license" is supposed to mean), but I think it's still copyrighted.
