And note the "lone" sideways boot print just in front of Hitchcock. It has caused much ado in the Aulis and Jack White camps. Apparently it has more treads than a normal print and therefore has to have been "placed by a whistleblower."

Never mind that a hi-res version shows other "sideways" boot prints and that this one is probably two prints superimposed, and particularly don't take any notice of the 16mm film showing Neil Armstrong walking sideways to take the TV camera out to its position. He did this to avoid becoming entangled with the coiled cord which bobbed around and caused problems in the 1/6th gravity.

We can identify the exact frame on the 16mm where Armstrong makes those prints.

No, you see the actor who played Neil recreating the footprints in a second 16mm take after they spotted that a whistleblower had put them there in the 1st take and the still shots.
