I will follow Jay, follow Jay wherever he may go,
And near Jay, I always will be,

I will follow Jay, ever since he debunked my thread I knew,
There isn't an sound stage too deep,
A shadow so straight, it can keep,
Keep me away, away from his truth.

I trust Jay, I trust Jay, I trust Jay,
And when he debunks, I'll follow, I'll follow, I'll follow.

I will follow Jay, follow Jay wherever He may go,

What's ironic is that two actual music recordings on which I participated are currently being held up while the producers debate cover art. I think I'll send them this.

Whatever we do, gotta be the kind of band that can sing "Benson, Arizona."

contralto backup singer, viola, and mediocre guitar, piano, and recorder (not to mention really, really bad at French Horn and bassoon).

"Moonshadow"?

Gillian, you could not possibly be worse at double horn than I am at my breton bombarde. One of these days I'll trade it in on an easy-blowing crumhorn.

The way I play keyboards, MIDI is a godsend. What's funny is they've actually let me play my music at paying customers. Designing sound for theater definately has its percs!

By the by, I don't mind if Jay lights the show, but I figure holding down the ME's slot at a 220 seat house gives me some hope of being allowed to hang his show. Plus I run a mean spot.

well, I played French horn and bassoon (can't remember which is the double horn; stupid American terminology) for one semester each in high school, which would be fall '93 for French horn and spring '94 for bassoon. my band teacher was a drummer by trade, and his instructions for teaching bassoonists in college was "make sure they can afford private lessons."

Wow, pretty much the two hardest instruments you could pick.

My lighting experience is mostly about creating realistic environments. I don't have much experience in lighting the kinds of musical concerts that people actually like to attend. I know the equipment, but the programming etc. that makes it exciting is unfamiliar.
