Default Moon Hoax on "Wait, wait..."

The NPR news quiz program "Wait Wait... Don't Tell Me!" used this week's news story about fake moon dirt in a question. After explaining the answer "straight", host Peter Sagal made a quip about the real use for the regolith simulant -- to fake the landings! Then he said, "Oops!" (as if he'd let the big secret slip).

The panel members quickly added other jokes about conspiracies and coverups.

That was good for a chuckle, at least to this Pro Apollo Nutter... =D>

Pity, tho. It'll just add one more thing those HB idiots quote. (Not that they need to actually find anything -- they're comfortable enough making up stuff to keep themselves amused. Of course, having an NPR show "let it slip" would fit right in with their delusions, as left-wing public radio is part of the brainwashing program of the right-wing conspiracy that controls NASA and knows where the alien bodies are buried.............)

A few months ago "Wait, Wait" made a terrible boner about tides. I almost wrote them a letter on it. Yes; one of the guests thought you were lighter when the Moon was overhead "Because your body is 95% water, and....."
