For those British posters, who do not have enough pain in their lifes already ....

"Capricorn One" airs on ITV tonight at 2300.

"Capricorn One

This pounding action drama is completely original, even if many of its situations are worked by director Peter Hyams in tried and trusted Hollywood fashion. Elliott Gould stars as the reporter who gets wind of the fact that the first manned mission to Mars may be a giant hoax. James Brolin leads the trio of astronauts who are told that their families` lives depend on their co-operation. You could virtually write the plot developments yourself from then on, but they`re shunted along with such verve by Hyams that you won`t much care, especially in a nerve-crunching last 20 minutes as Brolin and Gould desperately flee from the bad guys, with the help of a telling guest appearance from Telly Savalas as a crop-duster pilot. An emotional adrenalin rush of a film. (1978) PG "

Well, here in Germany they celebrate the 33rd anniversary by re-running the old german tv coverage of the landing.
Maybe showing Capricorn I (one of the things the HB's frequently use as a "proof" the landings were faked) is British humour

PS: What will be aired saturday night? Suggestion: "Conspiracy Theory: Did we really land on the Moon?", by FOX
