Yes.
The Apollo 12 crew removed the camera from the Surveyor 3 probe that had landed about 2-1/2 years earlier. When the camera was brought back to Earth and examined, it was discovery that Earth bacteria inside the camera had survived while on the Moon.

The observation of bacteria in the Surveyor camera is not disputed, but there is some question whether it was contaminated during the trip back or during examination at the receiving lab.
But certain forms of microorganisms have dormant spore stages that are extremely hardy to adverse conditions. It is not impossible to conceive that bacteria from Earth survived in the harsh lunar environment for a relatively short period of time. |
