I can't read any of it...

Oh, I can see everything except the yellow (which I can see by highlighting) but after reading a few words, there's this buzzing sound in my ears and I get a headache.

i sucest COPY &amp; PAST to notepad so its BLACK AND WHITE
however I don't suggest reading that
as I Trully do believe it could possibly be
of questionable charactrs in BLACK/White
