{its the only computer i've ever had 100% automated}

Jay, maybe we should offer to help Jim. I've already done a few screen captures for him, and offered my non technical skills. I believe the pair of you in collaboration, with me 'keeping it real' along with the other folks here, would make an awesome response to the HB's. We've already done all the research. All we need now is to get it all down in book form. That's Jim's speciality. Let's give him all the help he wants.
