14+ is my normal place. 11 down. Guess that places me in a certain occupation. Used to see some people that used 40G for short links. Have used 2,5,7,11 and on occasion 12. Those latter for line of sight. All on glass now, mostly.

I have to find it but I have an old paper written around late 1940 (1949?? or early 50's I think) claiming that above 10Ghz it ain't going to work due to atmospheric conditions. Need to dig it out to confirm it. Makes interesting reading.
