Default Leery of John Lear

I caught the last few minutes of C2C this AM and heard a few thoughts from John Lear (such as the cold war was fabricated by the US and the USSR to hide the fact that aliens are behind xx, yy, and zzz). I hadn't heard of him before so I Googled® him.

Oh, boy, my balonety meter went off the scale!

Anybody else delve into this mass of mush?

Oh, it gets even better. And I'm not ashamed to admit I listen to C2C -- especially when Hoagland is on -- Hoagland came on last night to join in. Lear goes too far even for Hoagland. Here's a run down of Lear's stuff:

1. Lear was in on the Bob Lazar stuff

2. There are huge, alien structures on the moon. Hoagland is all into this, but Lear goes further. These structures are "soul catcher" arrays. When we die, our souls are transmitted to these arrays, captured and stored and then sometimes sent back to newborns for reincarnation. That's too much for Hogie. This all run by aliens, who created us as some experiment.

3) Venus is home to a humanoid civilization. All the stuff about Venus' high surface temperatures and pressures are lies to cover up the truth.

4) There is a secret space program in parallel with the public one. This uses secret "flying saucer"/UFO anti-gravity, or Hoagie's "hyperdimensional" physics for propulsion and can get anywhere in the solar system quickly and with ease. We first went to the moon in 1962, and have been going to Mars, Venus and others for years and years. The public moon mission and space shuttle programs is just a sham to divert the public from the real, secret UFO derived space technology.

5) None of this can be revealed because "we can't handle the truth".

To be honest, I think John Lear has unwrapped one too many StarBurst candies*. Here's a good rundown of Mr. Lear's claims.

*reference to Nancy Leider (the Planet X lady) and her colorful beliefs.

Oh yeah, this guy is just oozing with credibility:

Quote:
In his first interview with George Noory, retired airline pilot John Lear spoke on a variety of topics which included his experiences as a pilot, NASA's secret space missions, and life on other planets. A fourth astronaut died in the Apollo 1 fire of 1967 but the reason it wasn't made public was because he belonged to the "secret astronaut core," Lear claimed, based on information he received from a "true insider" (now deceased). This secret program actually started going to the moon in 1962 and landed on Mars in 1966, apparently using covert antigravity technology, he continued. Publicized space missions such as the Shuttle are actually a cover-up for what is really going on, added Lear.

Also kept from the public, is the fact that there is life similar to ours on most of the planets in our solar system, he declared. For instance, Mars has a population of 660 million (mostly underground) and Venus is actually "green and beautiful." Further, the sky is blue on both Mars and our Moon, Lear said.

One must admire Mr. Lear for his commitment. He is going to be committed soon, right?

Remember The Byrds' tune entitled 2-4-2 Fox Trot (The Lear Jet Song)? Looks like the inventor's son is considerably more than eight miles high.

Does anyone else think that's supposed to be secret astronaut corps, not core? If not, does anyone actually want to contemplate what a secret astronaut core would look like? If you planted it, would you grow secret astronauts?

Does it worry anyone that someone like this used to be an airline pilot?

Yes, in the same way that it worries me that this guy used to be in charge of an airport and military air traffic control.

The stuff of nightmares. All that would be needed to complete the picture would be a gremlin out there on the wing tearing apart the engine cowl.

You don't want to know. Plus the NWO will make sure you never will.

Well, I have a pretty good idea...and it's quite a few! Recently, I was on a rather credulous bulletin board and the subject of Mr. Lear's stuff came up. Well, let me tell you, there were plenty willing to believe it all. The term, hook, line and sinker came quickly to my mind. Oh, I have a feeling they believe in the NWO as well, Big Brother is probably watching them from those alien moon bases!

I worked with a guy who passed as a normal rational person for the most part. He was big into psychic powers and healing, and he fixed some stuff on me in ways that I have no real explanation for. We would discuss upcoming space events like the solar maximum and Leonid storm of around 1999 (and the concern before the fact that communications satelites might have a hard time of it) and cross reference them with his astrology (a planetary conjunction that was supposed to mean a disruption in communitations on a global scale). For the most part it was fun because he understood that I was reluctactant to believe a lot of the stuff he did and said, and tolerated the way I questioned it without getting angry.

Then, the summer of 1999 came around and he got really wierd, telling me that England was under martial law in preparation fo the Y2K bug and that troops were being massed here in the US. By November of 1999 there would only be a few places where America was still free. He moved away to one of them that same summer. A few years later he came back, but I never brought it up. I laso found out that he was a big believer in the sparying of mind control chemicals being sprayed over cities, among other things.
