Yep, a classic example of not only shooting yourself in the foot but blowing your leg off as well. Poor little Showtime loosing all his respect in HB circles

Yes, but other than the sand and the language thing, Quebec and Kuwait are pretty much the same thing.

Trolltime's gone? Whew. He was channeling Pee Wee Herman at the end: "I know you are, but what am I?"

Especially the level where ridiculously large crowds could witness an enormous rocket lift off.

Do you think that would qualify as "empiricle" in his book?

Well, Duane has never been strong on empirical evidence. Any evidence, for that matter.

It depends. Maybe he's only convinced if there's a biblicle reference. Maybe he thinks the relation of the launch dates with the solstical is suspicious.

Anyway, I think Apollo was the pinnical of space exploration.

Actually it's pinocchio, which translates from Italian as "pine knot" (pino, pine; occhio, eye = knot).

I'm still trying to teach people the difference between cubical and cubicle. The spell-checker may be your friend, but a knowledge of Latin is more like a lover.
