I guess it's a matter of "What do I want?" and "How can I get it?" If you want most people to like then you can practice acting like a sheep. If acting like a sheep is too demeaning for you you can put effort into finding people who respect your independance of thought. And this doesn't mean you'll have to forego the company of all illogical people. Some of them will appreciate having you around to tell them when they are about to do something stupid.
