Default BA vs. Joe rogan - How did that go?

I found this gem on Youtube. Can someone tell me what happened here?

Mildly offensive language.

Dear BAUTForum crowd,

Remind me to never remark, in one of these "Phil Plait is an (expletive)" youtube thingys:

"Hi, I'm Serenitude, a moderator at the BAUTForums. If you're game, come on over and discuss the Apollo Hoax at the Conspiracy Theory forums. You may learn something, like the truth

You should see my email inbox now, in just a tiny time. Horrendous stuff If I wasn't already used to it from modding this forum...

Well, Phil happens to be a guy I appreciate a lot for the job he is doing against woo woos.

May I add his Blog is in the list of sites I check daily...
...and that I am looking forward to buy his new book when it releases
...and that I have pointed his site to several poor and misguided individuals
...and that have used his argument against astrology several times in a heated conversation

I didn't mean to offend him. I was just curious about what happened in the debate. Thanks Serentitude for providing the link. I will learn to search first before submitting.

I would hope that a nastygram from a BAUT member to a Mod (via PM or e-mail) would be grounds for an immediate temporary banning.

Both - you can bet your bottom dollar, and that's for the record

Outside of a few places like this, I'm beginning to fear you're right

I imagine that a good number of those who responded "horrendously" were members of Rogan's forum...from personal experience I can tell you that they are not very polite.

Not polite at all... The level of vulgarity is phenomenal. Apparently use of colorful metaphors suffices in place of reasoned argument and data.

Right on, Radiation Specialist. (No, I'm not stalking you, we just seem to always post on the same threads.)
Whenever the BA debates a CT, the result is this quote from "Don't Stop Believing":
"Some will win-
Some will loose
Some are goin' to sing the blues."
Guess who wins.
