She doesn't need that shielding. We all know her dosimeter will protect her!

Just like his little yellow boots protected The Amazing Colossal President.

Then weep for me also. I happen to like both FF movies. I think the on-screen "realization" of the characters (particularly the Human Torch, and the Silver Surfer) are perfect.

Then again, I'm aware that I'm biased concerning this subject as I've been waiting for these movies since 1962, when I read my first FF comic book.

Added...actually, I will admit to having a problem with the casting of Dr. Doom. I think the actor was completely wrong for the part.

Except for the Torch, I don't think the first film had anyone cast right.

Haven't seen the second, when it's on cable sometime I'll judge the Surfer. Doug Jones is probably a good fit for the role.

I agree, but that tabloid with the headline "Doom for Von Doom" was priceless!

Meanwhile, back in the original topic...

"Hi, Joe."
"Hi, Mike."
"Alumus Detrectus Mahook."
"Mahook."
"So, I've been thinking, since us Illuminati are the all-powerful, undisputed secret rulers of Earth..."
"Yes, Mike?"
"I think our obvious next move is to put a sort of, I don't know, clue to our existence into some sort of popular entertainment."
"Why, that sounds like a great idea, Mike! But where?"
"Someplace that nobody will look for it, except the chosen few who have the ability to vanquish us."
"Hmmm. I don't know. Should we really be giving those who can vanquish us clues to our secret evil plan?"
"I think so, Joe. I mean, what's the worst that could really happen?"
"Well, they could find the clue and post it on YouTube for the whole world to see."
"Really, Joe. What are the odds of that actually happening?"
"You're right, Mike." **brrrrinnnngg** "Hello, Hollywood? This is the Illuminati... Fine, thanks, and you? Great. Hey listen. Could you secretly put lots of references to hexagons into some random show? Great... Okay... See you at the next retreat in the center of the Earth... Bye."
"Okay, that's done. Let's get lunch."
