There's nothing rediculous about dedicating a moon landing to world peace.

The OP raises a good point.

If so, it would be his first. This particular poster does not have a history of making well-reasoned (or even purposeful) points. As near as I can tell, he prefers to rattle cages for no good reason and then disappear for a while.

It is a ridiculous statement to put on a plaque on another world.

That was not the original poster's point. His point was that leaving behind any message at all must be proof somehow that NASA was aware of lunar inhabitants that would read it.

Of course you're welcome to your opinion about the propriety of the statement. I don't think it was an inappropriate sentiment during the darkest period of the Vietnam War. Apollo was a conspicuous departure from the prevailing atmosphere of military conquest.

Not to go into the whole "MANkind" thing...

Then why are you going into it?

"Believe in"? No. Have solid evidence of, more than some than others. Like, you know, the one we're currently on.

I'm afraid not, did you not get the NWO Memo 239GH7-98/2 which alerted all agents to the fact we're living in a Matrix type computer simulation onboard a generation ship?

Nah, that one was just misinformation to root out some double agents. Got to keep those deceptions straight!

Yeah, and all those visitors' plaques left on Titanic's wheelhouse floor are for the fish to read.

Even knowing the conditions there on moon does any one ever think of any kinda probability of life there..and if by off chance think for a moment that there are any aliens then tell me how long anyone stay in such extreme conditions..
FOREMOST: Our civilization actually starts standing own its own somewhat 500 years earlier..fine then if they are... then why not anyone think even then to colonize this planet ....its far easy to occupy the territories then..Isn't !

You seem to be under the mistaken impression that there is a topic.

Considering that the OPer's been banned and the OP subject being so unsupported it falls flat, I think All Your Base makes a better topic anyway.

So the planetarium mind washing machine works then, excellent. I mean what are these planetariums you speak of.

Planetaria are hard to spot since they spend most of their time playing hayden go seek in the dark.
