I think the hurdle with Oswald was the fact a mafia hit man took him out when in theory the Mafia should have been treating Oswald as a messiah given the trouble the Kennedy brothers were giving organized crime.

I certainly wouldn't put the JFK assassination in the same conspiracy box as Elvis..lol

It is, and Jack Ruby was considered pathetic and not worth notice by the mafia.
