I feel I still don't deserved be called "Senior Member", cuz I think I haven't given enough contribution to this board , and I have a lot of things to learn still here.

Just my personal comment.

The titles are the board's defaults, IIRC, set with very low thresholds. The idea is that it's more effort than it's worth to get rid of them entirely, but the admin have expressed dislike of the whole title-clique thing.

I have to admit I was skeptical about that when it was first implimented, but nerfing the title distinctions did seem to mostly work out as the admin intended. I can't complain.

I was confused by the low threshold at first (I think I was "senior" by the end of my first week). But it does make sense (no arguing about who "outranks" who). And it comes in handy; If it's a senior member, post count may be low but at least it helps determine if it's someone who may not know about a particular rule or something as opposed to a troll/spammer/etc. Not that those kind of determinations are up to me anyway, I'm not a mod. But it helps with how I'm likely to reply.

I agree with you totally on this. I have certainly tested the rules but anyone reading a bit will clearly see I have not tested the science

Bad Post Doc if anything.

It took only 2 years.

That's an interesting question. Serenitude hasn't accessed the forum since May 24. Usually when moderators take a break, they leave a note in the admin area indicating they're off-duty, but there's nothing there from him.

Serenitude has two email addresses in his registration. One of them bounced, and I got no reply from the other, and it's been a couple of weeks. If anyone knows him outside of BAUT and can make contact, it would be appreciated.

He stopped posting after a little Memorial Day meltdown. As of this date, here is his last post, which explains his position:

Happy Memorial Day!

Also, a profile will not show last activity if the user is in invisible mode.

Also, the "deleted" picture is from Myspace to indicate a deleted profile, not the BAUT forum indicating a deleted avatar.
