Default Is there any way to disable this "feature".

I am not sure when it happened, but at some point recently the software was "upgraded" to include these double underlines whenever certain key words appear on the screen. If you move your mouse over these special words, however briefly, even on the way to some other part of the screen, you get an annoying pop-up that covers what you are trying to read.

How can I 86 this "feature"?

Simply being logged in makes it go away, apparently.

Aha! I had my auto log-in turned off. You are correct, once I logged in, they went away. Thanks.
