Aside from her name being tinaa, not tina, I don't think you'll get much argument on this... though policy is that we should refrain from discussing moderation. We don't want us other moderators to be saddened by reminding us that we cast shadows in tinaa's light.

If I set the budget, we'd have Ares and more. Unfortunately, I don't set the budget, and Ares is just too expensive and too far out for us to accomplish our goals within the budget we were given.
