Already been discussed.

Within topic: Unsolved Mysteries UFOS

It's probably been covered in other topics, too, among them:

Topic: Debunk This
Topic: In Response To The BA.

Default Guess

You'd be surprised how much space junk is out there. STS 101 was, I believe, the third shuttle trip to the International Space Station. So possibly it is a film from the station of the shuttle as it orbitted the earth on either its way to or from station (obviously not the docking orbit).

The best explanation I've heard was, "debris of unknown origin". There's just no way to tell exactly what it was, IMO.

I split the video into individual frames and processed them each in PhotoShop. I decreased contrast and increased brightness and zoomed to 1000%. Then I applied the JPEG Artifact Removal Tool and I am now absolutely certain that is a widget.

It appears to have been a missed field goal attempt.

After reviewing the play, the ruling in space stands, no good!

Well, we can’t call it any of those at all, otherwise everyone would get the impression that you know what it is and we don't. We’ll want to rename it to something that you don't understand that says it ours, not yours. Something like, “Super Meteorological Visual Phenomenon,” or “Mega Luminal Aero Display Disturbance.”

Thanks to D. Adams and So Long and Thanks for All the Fish

That's a picture of a photograph of a cliff, with a Quaalude capsule laying on top. I can't tell if it's the 300 mg or super-potent fun 450 mg version. The color is obscured by some unseen light source (should appear grey-green).

Nope,nope....

I've had fun with this pic before, been tempted to send it to the UFO woo-woo sites.

It's something very common, but most people never see it or know it's there.

Looks like a ball, perhaps a football? Or a frisbee. Both midflight.

A few more & I'll reveal the secret,but I will say it's no Photoshop & I took the picture.

I once posted it on a forum with rather gullible members & a coupla folks swore I'd taken a pic of a UFO

It's something most of us are within 2 feet of everyday.
