Really?? Cool!

Queen Elizabeth has tea every day at 5:30 p.m. wherever she is (according to a former butler). Her beloved corgis are always present too.

At one time, house owners in Britain were taxed based on the number of chimmneys their house had.

It is thought that "The Ballgame," a ritual sport played by Maya and Aztec civilizations, and a forerunner of soccer, often ended with the losing team being sacrificed.

The dwarf planets Pluto and Ceres were both discovered accidentally, though at the time of their discovery they were both believed to have confirmed scientific hypotheses that are no longer considered valid.

One only has to go 33 feet underwater to feel double the pressure one feels at sea level.

Sir David Attenborough inadvertently introduced bungee jumping to the world when he filmed the land divers of Pentecost Island in 1960. The land divers erected giant wooden platforms at the tops of trees and then jumped off them with vines tied to their feet. A viewer, inspired by the programme, swapped bungee cords for vines and took up the sport himself, which spread slowly through the burgeoning lunatic sports fraternity until it reached the mainstream in the 1990s.

A real old man then?

The cliff divers of Acapulco must time their dive from the 125 ft (38 m) cliff at La Quebrada to coincide with the incoming swells to avoid being dashed on the rocks in the shallow inlet.
