Yo pienso que la frase correcta es "eres un cobarde, un mentiroso y un ladrón".

The way it´s written the translation would result in 'SpecialSnowOne'.

You'd have to be really mean to say that, as using the verb ser makes it permanent, rendering the sentence something like "You will always be a liar, a coward..." I'm not that mean, so I used estar.
How do you do accents on this board? Word has the "Symbol" option, but I don't see it here.
And especial can be translated as "special" and "spicy", but un nave especial is "a space ship" or "a rocket ship".

Mas frases!

Hola, me llamo x. Como se llama?
Hello, my name is x. What is your name? (Litterally "What do you call yourself?")

You don't normally use estar with "character" adjectives like "coward", "liar", etc. You could say that character is seen as an essence, rather than a state.

Kai

You did not translate LADRON & Babelfish translated into "English" as ladron (!!!) & my Sp-Eng dictionary is locked up in the attic & if ladron means lazy then that"s me!!! :-)

But I can say what really matters: Buenas tardes, seniorita. Un tequila blanco et una cerveza "Montejo" por favor. (I am mentally in Merida. Montejo beer (is cerveza male of female?) is the best & you could not find it outside Yucatan years ago, maybe some places in Quintana Roo. Come to think of it, it was so good it must be female!!! :-)

I used Encarta Translation Dictionaries. Ladron with an accent on the "o" translates as theif.

I've only just noticed this. Strictly speaking, the sentence above does not mean the same as the one below, although the difference is not important. You wrote: "It's not a face on Mars, you fool!"

Sorry, I've just noticed that you originally had está, and I was the one who changed it to es.

The correct sentence, cutting to the chase, is:

¡No hay una cara en Marte, estúpido!

Use haber for existence.

Thank you again. I'm still learning Spanish, and this is a fun way to practice. Any mistakes in my other two sentences? Oh and:

No existen los fantasmas.
Ghosts do not exist.

"No existen fantasmas." Furthermore, it would be "los fantasmas" since 'fantasma' is masculine.

With the changes I had made before, the three sentences are correct. No existen fantasmas.

Hola Kai! Me llamo TJ.

So tell me, in Mexico they say "un Tequila", not "una Tequila", is it because "un Tequila" is really an abbreviation of "un mescal de Tequila"? I assume Tequila is feminine.

A little practice with verb tenses:
Present Tense:Astronautas y cosmonautas visitan el estacion de espacio.
Astronauts and cosmonauts visit the space station.
Present Progressive Tense:
New Horizons esta viajando a Pluton.
New Horizons is traveling to Pluto. (This very second)
Future Tense:
En 2008, Phoenix atterizara en Marte.
In 2008, Phoenix will land on Mars.
Imperfect Past Tense:
Los Voyagers exploraran Saturno.
The Voyagers explored Saturn. (Once, in the past)
Preterite Past Tense:
En los años 60, los astronautas giraran alrededor de la Tierra
In the 1960's, astronauts orbited the Earth. (Repeatedly)

For the reason in parenthesis, it should be the preterite, Los (or las, which I think may be more common) Voyagers exploraran Saturno.

You can make it a verb, so: (...) orbitaron la terra. The suffix 'an' relates to the future: Rusia y China explorarán juntas la Luna.
