Default Infinitely "cunning"

They seem to have found a second code in the DNA

I know that things like ID are highly tendentious, but what are the implications if code, after embedded code, after embedded code were found, seemingly, or even actually, without end, each vastly more cunning than the next ie is it possible to have a non-ID universe, not just of great complexity, but of infinite complexity the smaller one goes?

As I know DNA is much more than encoded proreins, so tis is not second but n-th function of DNA. others are promoter suppresor recognition, alternative splicing, gene activity regulation by amount of trash included into gene. And this is logical sequence because promorer represor recognition sites cant be wound on spools or else they will not work. Aslo this can be one more method for gene activity regulation.
