I'm not trying to be rude, but could you please use correct grammar? I'm having some trouble understanding your post.

I remember reading Assimov writings about this. He was saying if we live in and on planets, we could increase our living space exponentially. I'd imagine we would just dig it out. I see several problems with this though, for one, even in the moons less massive body, it still has incredible pressure at it's core. If we move that much material around, where would we put it? In order to make good use of this plan, it means we'd have to almost completely hollow out the moon, but how would this affect it's gravity? I'd imagine that that would cut its gravity by a factor or two. Finally, what if something happened that caused the moon to break apart? There's a strong possibility that it would hit earth.

Now,as I said, I had trouble making out your post, so it's possible that you meant to write "on" instead of "in". If that's the case....

We could live on the moon, but not in the sense that you live on earth. First, there is no way the moon could have an atmosphere similar to earths, so you'd have to always bring your own O2. As I said before, the gravity is much weaker there, so there's another difference. I'm not sure, but I think prolonged stay there might result in radiation poisoning. I could go on and on...

It's not that easy to change an enitire planets atmosphereic composition. It would take decades to make any planet earth-like. Then, the planet has to have strong enough gravity to hold the atmosphere. There's several factors that you have to plan for to make this work, so it's not going to happen within my lifetime.
