Posted too quickly; after a couple clickthroughs I realized how ridiculous this was.

In the name of saving face, I remove it!

To satisfy people's curiosity, they were links from rockymountainparanormal.com; I highly doubt it's the same video that all the media hoopla has been about lately, but you never know.

The BA wrote a comment about this video on the Bad Astronomy Website.

That's priceless. The skeptics seem to have quickly whipped together an effects-only version (MP4 video) more "realistic" than the Peckman "real proof" version.

Edit: I'm in the wrong topic. The real topic for this material should be finally ,the "proof" we've al lbeen waiting for.. in Conspiracy Theories. I put a link to the BA Blog there.

This video appears to have nothing to do with life in space. I urge any further discussion to the Conspiracy Theories topic.

(Edit: And, by the way, that topic is more conspiracy-busting than conspiracy-promoting -- unless there might actually be a conspiracy among the people who are presenting this video as evidence of space alien visitations.)

The moon no longer as any astronomical importance! Thanks to NASA for defacing it!

I've never seen anything so utterly lame. The stereotypical "alien" perfectly at home breathing oxygen; and enjoying our air pressure and temperature and gravity. On top of that; the creature is utterly rude; peeping into a private home. Its a good thing you can't buy any alien masks at the local Halloween store.

A link directly would help here (Even a story title would help). As the days go on, the blogs get harder and harder to find.

And the videographer just happened to have an infrared camera set up and filming an empty windows in the wee hours of the night... why? Just hoping to catch that one-in-a-million (or perhaps quite frequent) alien peeping toms, I suppose...

I'm absolutely flabbergasted that any video film school prof would "authenticate" any such video, given the per-pixel accuracy of CGI these days. The latest Rambo movie contains tons of CGI effects, and I can't tell the even the slightest difference between the CGI and the way it would look if it were the real thing.

If I set the budget, we'd have Ares and more. Unfortunately, I don't set the budget, and Ares is just too expensive and too far out for us to accomplish our goals within the budget we were given.

If we halt the ISS, all versions of Ares, and transport Orion and Altair aboard DIRECTv3's Jupiter family of Shuttle-Derived Launch Vehicles, we just might make it back to the Moon by 2020.
