Default Biotech Cats Wouldn't Trigger Allergies

Biotech Cats Wouldn't Trigger Allergies
Quote:
The biotechnology revolution is shaking up the pet world. First came a cloned cat. Then came the fish genetically engineered to glow. Now, a Los Angeles company is exploiting the latest in biotechnology to create cats genetically engineered to be nearly free from the allergy-causing proteins that plague millions of people.
This is kind of cool for all those men with allergies. 8-[

Federal regulators with the two agencies couldn't be reached late Tuesday.

"Obviously, things can change," Brodie said. "But as long as people don't start eating cats and they don't enter the food chain, then we should be handled like the GloFish."

heck, all they'd have to do is clone my parents cat. Despite not being genetically engineered, it has never caused an allergic reaction in anyone. And that's with two people in the house (3 before I moved out) who have major cat allergies.

I have stopped dating many of men, because they were allergic to my cat.

YEGADS!!

Those people are selling a GENETICALLY MODIFIED cat?

I for one person would try to get them banned in every single state! We have no need for foolishly messing with those poor creatures' DNA.

;D

I'll just be right over there... out of GJ's sight. Shhh!

I never broke the G-rating. I was tempted to but all the comments i was going to make where inappropriate and i would have said the same on FWIS. Its better to leave things to peoples own minds saves me offending them

im personaly waitning on geneticly engineered dogs that stand up to your shoulder (with no defects common in big dogs), now that would really be mans best friend, imagined a dog that can carry you home from the pub when you cant walk?

Not to be gross, but then the Department of Agriculture or the Food and Drug Administration might step into regulate. Some cultures, even in the USA, eat dog.

The idea is cool but i doubt a dog could pull me home after a night at the pub... i doubt a dog could pull me anyway. I say just make robots that can find your keys and take you home and stop for a curry on the way back.
