What you don't realize is that the BA always keeps at least one "decoy" around just in case a PXer or someone from GLP is on the loose... 8-[

With that in mind, there's nothing extraordinary about the photo at all.

Star trek: The Next Generation. JL Picard meets himself due to the effects of warp speed travelling or something like that. (I'm not a trekkie, but I saw the episode years ago; I tell this by heart) His upper suit had about the same colour as Phil's in fact

Hercules the Legendary Journeys possibly, in one episode Kevin Sorbo stars as himself (not that I watch it).
