It is about two celebrities, who used to be close friends, then there was a conspiracy to destroy them, and they became estranged, according to plan. It has been my struggle since 1998 to bring them back together. They are two good men who went through hell. One of them has turned the corner and is hopeful for a reconcilliation with the other --who is practically a closed door. That is why this petition.

To help these poor men who were terrorized away from eachother, because "they" wanted to silence them.

Please help. We are a long way from home. The story is so long and involved, that it would take me half a decade to explain it all to you. Just say, that we've learned some very valuable life lessons....and those are, forgivness, compassion, and understanding for your fellow brother, who, like you, has gone through his own piece of hell.

You can read it in the petition, their names and email addresses are there. They are, David John Oates, of Reverse Speech fame, and Art Bell, of late night talk radio fame.

If that's the Art Bell you're talking about, then I don't think I want to get involved in this petition.

That is completely your right, and I understand.

However, the MAN behind his works isn't always what you think you see...

At any rate, I tried here. Didn't get the reception I was hoping for, but that's okay too. I understand.

You keep playing the inuendo game without facts to back your case. The 'petition' has 8 signatures at the last count and of those one gives the impression of being unstable and there is also at least one duplicate. Art (I hear voices - buy my cd/dvd) Bell is a known pedlar of woowoo ideas who preys on the gullable for cash. I think he's astute enough to follow his own careeer advice without an online petition created by and written by Naomi Longson. The same Naomi Longson who also organised a petition to have Richard Hoagland recognised by NASA for his 'research' and 'contributions' to understanding Mars.

Now, because of what has happened, Art is resigned to only weekends (when radio has been his beloved life) and David Oates has been shoved into obscurity.

Perhaps...some unnamed three-letter-agencies have designed it this way. They got too close to an uncontrolled techology for comfort.

Riiiight. Ok. Shewolfe, I'm guessing you are serious, though I can't quite shake the suspicion you might be pulling our legs, but I doubt you'll get much support here, especially when you post links to extreme woo-woo sites without comment. :roll:

Shewolfe, you are going to have a hard time convincing anyone here about government conspiracies without evidence. Take a step back and think about your audience on this one. A majority of the people here do not think the government is out to get everyone. The reason they believe this is that there is no evidence showing that they are. I personally don't really care about this Art Bell and David Oates thing. It sounds to me like a couple of guys had a falling out and don't really care to be friends anymore, nothing more.
