Revenge of the Sith

I've seen the previews. It's coming out in May.

The circle will at last be complete when Star Wars: Episode III is released to theaters in the United States and Canada, with a near-simultaneous release around the world, on Thursday, May 19, 2005. In Japan, Episode III will be released in July, the traditional month for Star Wars premieres.
I've heard that two thirds of it is about the Ewoks teaching Jar-Jar Binks how to do their dance, and the amusing antics of his two left feet in the treehouse. Most of the rest is a political debate about why anyone would "Elect" a teenage girl to be queen of an entire planet. There are also the two minutes of action seen in the trailers.

Ahh, but how long have you been waiting to see it?

Some of us were taken to a drive in back in 76, totally unaware of how long we would have to wait to see it!

I think Lucus is tired of it. I also think that the sotries from the third batch were looking a little less comic-bookish, and more 1776-ish.

It showed in episode I, but episode II, particularly the war scenes showed some enthusiasm.

Same! But if they are getting bored they should definately stop! Before they wreck it! If GL has a story to tell, he should most definately tell it !!!

There are the Clone Wars cartoons, too, remember. Maybe Lucas will authorize Genedy Tartakovski to keep making more of them. Those were all great, especially episodes 21 - 25!

I could watch the trailers for Episode 3 over and over they are so good... so I'll be in line to see if there is anything better than the Ewok dance and Jar-Jar... This is supposed to be the climatic finish of 6 cinematic success stories... It HAS to be good.

Sadly, though I don't think GL is going to make the last trilogy... It would take him another 15 years and he'd likely be dead before he finished. Plus, what could possibly be interesting with no more conflict to drive the plot? Has anybody read the final trilogy?

Maybe after the Star Wars saga is over, they'll start making space movies that look more realistic... not the kind where artificial gravity and manuvering like fighter jets is the norm ...can they do that and still make it interesting?
