I'm up, so now there are two Africans on the BAUT map. Ironically, neither of them is Black.

According this map I live approx half a mile from land in the North sea. No wonder Im always cold and wet.

Edit: I moved my pin so now Im dry, can see the sun and dont have to live off of raw fish all the time

Done. I live closest to the BA (yelp) and one Hugh Jass. Santa Cruz is where it's at for me. Probably 100 miles to Santa Rosa or more, I should be safe here, I hope .

Upon logging in, I discovered my last log-in before tonight (this morning? whatever) was 22-March-2005. Yep, you read correctly.

Apparently I was more busy with school and the first two years of work than I realized. Two YEARS!

I joined one summer for various reasons and had a good time learning and soaking in all the, well, everything good, bad, and otherwise that is here. Tonight I saw a link on talk.origins website and remembered...oh yeah...!

So here I am, take it or leave it. I've updated my info, and added myself to the map. Seeing as I'm pursuing a fuller understanding of science relating to astronomy, cosmology, geology, and evolution that I didn't take in college, I'll probably be on and off the board frequently. Not that I don't understand those sciences, but I want a fuller understanding than what I studied in college so I can better explain when students have questions.

Thanks for everything past and future, BAers, and for putting up with some questions I may pose (I'll check for old threads to read first, but failing that may resurrect a topic).

Anyway, don't want to make this long winded, I'm going to go read some science related threads now.

*Edited to add: I did take the "general" biology and intro to the rest, in addition to hitting on each subject in various Issues btw science and religion classes, philosophy, curriculum development, etc. I understand the basics, but want to know more. Also fixed some spelling, and wanted to note I teach middle school science, not english. If my writing is confusing, let me know! I do well verbally, but get confusciated trying to write it all down sometimes. :P Such is life.
