Don't know if these are podcasts but they are available as webcasts.
http://www.uwtv.org/programs/science.asp There are some really good ones here. I'd bet there are other universities with similar programs as well.

There aren't many astronomy podcasts right now. Of course, there's Fraser's Universe Today podcast. And Slacker Astronomy is good.
Skepticality is a critical thinking 'cast, but sometimes have an astronomer (me!) as a guest. Illinoise also covers some astronomy (the 'caster is another friend of mine... in fact, all these 'casts are form friends!).

Thanks for all the suggestions. I will check them out.
I also found a short daily show, Stardate, from the observatory at Fort Davis (where the Texas Star Party is). Which I think is a radio show, but rather than try to tune it in at the right time on the right station, the Podcast updates itself.
