Well to be literal with my answer, not much work gets done when I'm on the forum at work. Probably why I got chewed out...

I don't, but on the other hand I only work two days a month so that's ok.

I can't post from work. Not only is all of our internet useage monitored and reported to managment (if management ever have the time to read through it all), but we have an aggressive firewall. It even stops me from posting comments to the BA's blog from work.

Looks like they got the coordinates right to within 50 meters, the image looks to be taken at an angle, so they may have adjusted incorrectly for height. I got my coordinates from The National Survey and Cadastre, I think they can be trusted to get it right

I am on the computer all day, sometimes more than 8 hours. I am usually on the forum and working the same time. I just minimize the forum window and check in and out through the whole day......

Same for me. I'm salaried and rarely take any other kind of break. I even eat at my desk about half the time. So if I want to pop in and out of the forum throughout the day, who would begrudge me that?

With 4,000+ people in our network, I doubt they have time to watch much - probably mostly on a complaint basis.

I also check multiple times during the day while I'm at work. I agree with farmerjumperdon's comment about "who would begrudge me that" - most people probably waste more time at the "water cooler" and I occasionally pick up information that might be helpful to our business. But it is against corporate computer policy and we get these nasty e-mails every year warning of death and destruction for breaking these rules. I know the company uses some spywear, but as was said, I'm a grain of sand on the beach. They also block websites and you get a nasty warning message if you happen to visit one they block.

this is a great quetion by you, anyway, when i got some "time" to write the lines in the window, and i think this sort of place "forum" is a fine, intelligent, broad mind peoples, nice thoughts, great writing styles, studios, the links, the papers, the research, the topics and ofcourse the replies for the topic all are very nice, and for this i succeed to give a "spare time". and one more word here : the learning is a continuous process, and if anything one can learn here that's quite precious one" the human being on the earth is a lifetime student. so..

Yes, very true. I myself have learned hundreds but, hundreds of things on this forum. And also i feel as if my english is getting alot better too. I speak very good english, but i have a problem writting it sometimes. I have much more practice in spanish. I grew up with both languages, but hardly had the opportunity to practice my english with anyone. Everyone i live around and and talk to and everything i do at work(except when i have contact with other foreign companys by phone) is in spanish. So believe me this forum has helped me alot with my english spelling. I pay alot of attention to the way most people spell and express themselfs in english on this forum. And that is really helping me alot........
