You actually don't need to, there's no rules requiring you to, but you just did.

Welcome.

People tend to make individual introductions in the Babbling forum.

Incidentally, if you haven't already, I'd suggest reading the posting rules, there's some that aren't like most boards and they are taken very seriously here.

Nice, I've done a bit of OU study myself a while ago, I had to stop for lack of money, since I'm not in the UK there's no subsidies on the courses so I pay about 3 times what you do.

Threads merged. (Don't mind me, Sonia, I'm just feeling even more anal-retentive than usual today. Just carry on.)

So "proper" and "what" are examples of American English?

Then there's the question of what the actual color of sulfur is. Looks like a good question for George!

Hello everyone. I'm new here, as well. My name is Mark Coady. I live in Bridgenorth, Ontario just north of Peterborough and I use a 4 1/2 inch Bushnell reflector, a 90mm MAK (a clone of a Konus) and a 70mm short tube refractor which I picked up at a garage sale for $2. I had to add a .965 to inch and a quarter hybrid diagonal but it was well worth it as it is quite a neat scope.

I belong to the Peterborough Astronomical Association, where I chair their Light Pollution Awareness Committee, the Belleville Center of the RASC, and the Planetary Society.

Default I don't know anything, I just observe SOHO

Over the past [about] six years I have collected an archive if SOHO LASKO anomalous [peculiar] photos.

I don't know what anything means. I just watch. What I observe is that the USGubmint is invested in telling their own [politically-correct] truth which includes leaving out the rest of us in terms of essential information.

http://www.peer.org/news/news_id.php?row_id=554

So, I tend to withhold judgement and not believe anybody.

As I said, I'm just watching. Nice to have somebody[ies] to watch with.
