Default Message too short?

I received this when I replied with a message of at least 100 characters. Not sure why, as quite sufficiently complete comments have been posted with as few as 10 characters.

Are the mods trying to get ToSeek to type more?

I get the message whenever I enter something that's entirely a quote, no matter how long the quote is.

Right, the amount of text in the quoted area doesn't matter. You need at least one character outside of the quoted area, as with my example above.

I don't know - looks like a mistake to me. I'm checking into it.

He doesn't appear to be actually banned - in the moderator's control panel I still have the option to ban him, which for banned users is the option to unban. But somehow his user title got changed to "banned," and that's not something I can change.
