Default Hendren v. Campbell: Creationist textbook can't be used

Hendren v. Campbell was a 1977 court decision that ruled:

Quote:
The question is whether a text obviously designed to present only the view of Biblical Creationism in a favorable light is constitutionally acceptable in the public schools of Indiana. Two hundred years of constitutional government demand that the answer be no.
This ruling might have been mostly forgotten thanks to rulings that came later, and that fact that before today it was not online, but it is well worth taking a look at.
